As your arrival date approaches, you’ll receive an email with a link to our pre-check-in wizard, which will guide you through the latest coordination for check-in and provide access to your personal space and guidebook for your stay. Please confirm your travel information with us as soon as possible so we can organize our schedules accordingly.
If you need to make updates to your reservation or have any special requests, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Please note that the standard check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you arrive after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €30 will apply. The latest possible check-in time is midnight. If you have a late departure and want to ensure availability, we recommend booking an extra night if one is available. On the day of check-out, please ensure that all guests and luggage are out of the apartment by 10 am. Please make sure that the apartment is left in a tidy condition, by removing all trash and recyclables, placing all used bed linens and towels in the bathroom and ensuring that all dishes and kitchenware are washed and put away.
If your greeter encounters any delays, they will need to contact you, so please make sure you’ve provided your contact telephone information. We suggest waiting in a nearby café or restaurant until your greeter arrives, as they may need to respect other guests’ check-in times or manage a transport delay.
Our preferred means of contact is through an application that offers free calls and texts, which can be downloaded easily if you don’t already have it. One hour of free internet is available at airports and train stations.
EARLY CHECK-IN : To guarantee access to a fully cleaned and prepared apartment for morning arrivals, please reserve the night before your scheduled arrival day. Please let us know if you need to add a night to your reservation.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS : We kindly remind you that the number of guests specified and agreed upon in our email communication must not be exceeded under any circumstances. In the event that we discover that there are more guests in the apartment than originally agreed upon, please be advised that you will forfeit your full damage deposit, and we reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately, as well as the rental agreement.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN OBJECTS : We would like to remind you that we are unable to take responsibility for any personal belongings that may be left behind in the property. You are fully liable for all of your personal belongings, and we kindly ask that you ensure that you take everything with you when you depart.
NO-SMOKING : Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We kindly request that you respect our non-smoking policy, as failure to do so will result in forfeiting the damage deposit, as well as potential additional cleaning or damage costs.
PETS : We regret to inform you that due to potential guest allergies, pets are not permitted inside the apartment.
KEYS: We would like to remind you that apartment door keys and locks are expensive and should be handled with the utmost care. Key replacement costs can exceed 200€, and all key replacements, lock-out and locksmith charges are payable by the renter. Please avoid leaving a door key in the lock on the inside when leaving the apartment, as this could result in being locked out, even with the second door key.
LOCK-OUT FEE: In the rare event that you accidentally lock yourself out and don’t need a locksmith, we’re happy to send a greeter to assist you. Please note that there is a fee of 50€ for this service.
NOISE AND COMPLAINTS: We value our relationship with our neighbors and kindly ask you to respect their peace and quiet during your stay. We kindly request that you keep noise to a minimum, such as not playing loud music, hosting parties or events, and removing your shoes when inside the apartment. If a neighbor complains about excessive noise or other disruptive behavior, this will be considered a breach of our contract, and you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
LIABILITY: We want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay, but please be aware that you assume all risk associated with the use of our property. By accepting this reservation, you agree to release us from any claims or liability resulting from your stay or any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by you or your invitees. If there are any damages to the property caused by you or your guests, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: We value open communication and encourage you to reach out to us in case of any issues during your stay. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises, we agree to resolve it through peaceful negotiation.
NOISE POLICY: We kindly ask that you avoid making excessive noise that may disturb our neighbors. To ensure that everyone enjoys their stay, please note that guests who make noise beyond reasonable levels may be subject to a fine of 300 euros.
