Situated on the right bank of the River Seine located in the 12th district it is home to some of Paris’ most treasured historical and modern sites. The Opéra de la Bastille is the second-largest opera house in Paris and was opened in 1989 on the 200th anniversary of the storming of the Bastille. You could spend days enjoying the 2,500 hundred acres of the Bois de Vincennes. This is the largest public park in the city and it’s three times larger than NYC’s Central Park! Not to be missed here is the Park Floral de Paris, one of its four botanical gardens and the Temple of Love on Lac Daumesnil. The park is next to the Château de Vincennes, a former residence of the Kings of France. It also contains an English landscape garden with four lakes and a zoo. It is easy to spend days taking in the splendor of this piece of Paris that extends from the eastern city limits and includes: Gare de Lyon, Blé sucré. Boulangerie pâtisserie (élu meilleur pain ai chocolat de paris), Boulangerie Bo, the thriving Bercy neighborhood, Le Calbar, bar à cocktail, L’encrier, Bistrot français, L’impasto, restaurant Italien, Pizza Julia (meilleur pizza à emporter de Paris), Promenade de la coulée verte, Le viaduc des art (en face)and the very famous market street, Marché d’aligre, place d’aligre.

Please note that for any stay equal or more than 28 nights, guests will be required to sign a special lease agreement called the “bail mobilité,” which is designed specifically for rentals of 1-10 months. This is due to French rental regulations and simply allows all parties to confirm with the law in writing.
WELCOME PACK : Your comfort is our top priority. Our apartments receive a delivery of fresh linens, comforters, towels and a welcome pack of shampoo and conditionner, toilet paper, coffee/tea/chocolate to ensure that your arrival is comfortable prior to shopping locally.
STANDARD CHECKIN TIME : from 2pm-8pm by confirmed appointment only.
STANDARD CHECKOUT TIME : 10am
EARLY CHECKIN: Early check-in is possible from 9am if the apartment is available. If guests are leaving the same day, luggage drop-off and key pick-up can be arranged from 10am at the property but you will not be able to return to the apartment until the cleaning has been completed at 2pm standard checkin time.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees will apply for checkins after 8pm. No check-ins between 1am and 9pm. If you require a very early check-in or late check out we recommend you reserve the night before/after to ensure availability. LATE CHECK IN FEES: 8pm – midnight 30€. AFTER MIDNIGHT 40€. These fees are payable in cash to your greeter upon arrival.
