ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please note that for any stay equal or more than 28 nights, guests will be required to sign a special lease agreement called the “bail mobilité,” which is designed specifically for rentals of 1-10 months. This is due to French rental regulations and simply allows all parties to confirm with the law in writing.

WELCOME PACK : Your comfort is our top priority. Our apartments receive a delivery of fresh linens, comforters, towels and a welcome pack of shampoo and conditionner, toilet paper to ensure that your arrival is comfortable prior to shopping locally.
STANDARD CHECKIN TIME : from 2pm-8pm by confirmed appointment only.
STANDARD CHECKOUT TIME : 10am
EARLY CHECKIN: Early check-in is possible from 9am if the apartment is available. If guests are leaving the same day, luggage drop-off and key pick-up can be arranged from 10am at the property but you will not be able to return to the apartment until the cleaning has been completed at 2pm standard checkin time.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees will apply for checkins after 8pm. No check-ins between 1am and 9pm. If you require a very early check-in or late check out we recommend you reserve the night before/after to ensure availability. LATE CHECK IN FEES: 8pm – midnight 30€. AFTER MIDNIGHT 40€. These fees are payable in cash to your greeter upon arrival.

The spacious living area has a dining table for 4, a writing desk, a TV with a few English news channels, a telephone with free international calling to many destinations, and WiFi internet (with a modem you can plug directly into with an Ethernet cable if you prefer). The living area also has a closet with space for you to hang clothing and store your suitcases. The full bathroom has a toilet, sink and a large bathtub with a wall-mounted shower attachment. The sink area has a medicine cabinet above it for storage of personal toiletries. The kitchen has a bar area with two bar stools and is a great place to hang out and talk while cooking up a great meal with fresh food purchased in the neighborhood. The kitchen has all the important appliances: a refrigerator with a small freezer; a clothes washer/dryer combination unit; a dishwasher; a two-burner electric induction stove; an oven; a microwave and lovely granite counter tops. Towels and bed linens are provided, along with basic items like bath soap, clothes washing detergent, coffee, salt and pepper, and many other items to help you feel at home.
